Never disappoints. The people are always polite and patient. They offer great suggestions and not just the menu item advertised for the week. Always fresh and if you think your fries are not they will gladly remake them for you.
This was my first time at a Popeyes and everyone was extremely friendly, especially this one cashier/server, I'm pretty sure her name was Maria or something similar starting with an M. She was SO friendly and personable it genuinely made me and my 60 year old Dads day. A customer came in with a complaint and all the workers handled it great (even though the customer was not being mature). I would 100% come back and the food was also great! Thank you!
The chicken is always excellent. However, when I drove up to the restaurant it looked like the place had been abandoned for months. The green area was overrun with weeds. No one has kept up the landscaped area for a long time. The menu board looked damaged and other areas of the exterior needed attention. I nearly left because I worried that the kitchen area was as neglected as the exterior.
The food is delicious. I had original tenders in wraps. They were marvelous!!! The strawberry lemonade slushy was deliciously thirst quenching. My daughter is a spicy lover. She was incredibly impressed with the spicy tenders!!! She said the color was spot on! Great flavor that wasn't overwhelmingly spicy! A little higher on the price scale but worth it! Good portion sizes and excellent quality!!!
Staff and food is amazing. Drive through experience was fast and the team got my order right despite many customizations. The exterior of the building and the landscaping here looks horrible. Cleaning up the place would go a long way to show how good the staff is that's running the day to day.
Amber and the crew were fantastic. There was an order mixup and I called and they said come on in and they fixed it with no questions asked. That’s why I love Popeyes, good food good people I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Also a shout of to Chicago and Milwaukee great crew
